The technical team have a superb ethos and take pride in all aspects of our workflow, supporting the business through its evolution. We strive to be industry leading, challenging existing protocols and making them better. We take pride in developing the team and ensure we share knowledge to support growth.
With a strong and varied brand portfolio we help shape the future of the business across brand building, Innovation, product development, Insight and product launch teams. Setting the strategic direction through annual planning based on insight, we pride ourselves on acting quickly and putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do.
With a strong branded and own label portfolio we can provide full category solutions for our customers and we have great flexibility and drive to make these things happen at pace. The emphasis is very much on teamwork and collaboration to create ideas and execute these brilliantly.
Symington’s has come a long way in recent years; from originally supplying our most loyal expat European customers, we now supply the World’s biggest retailers throughout North America, Australasia & the Middle East. We have big ambitions for our International Business over the coming years as we continue to inspire dormant categories.
