We’re committed to creating a mentally healthy workplace. We’ve put all of our managers through mental health training to help them support colleagues and reduce the stigma around mental health at work.
We’ve teamed up with St George’s Crypt Homeless Foundation to raise as much money as we can to support their work with homeless and vulnerable people in Leeds. Recently our team’s taken part in the Leeds Big Sleep and raised money through a bake off challenge.
During the Covid-19 crisis, we’ve worked with partners to provide care packages to NHS frontline staff, ensuring they’re well-fed whilst working hard to keep the nation healthy.
